Accounting English Workout

1. CONTENT DISCLAIMER & PURPOSE

This «Accounting English Workout» is intended solely for language learning purposes. It does not constitute professional accounting, financial, tax, or legal advice. While we train participants to identify errors and speak with authority in, results depend on individual effort; no specific level of fluency is guaranteed.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & GLOBAL COPYRIGHT PROTECTION

• All content shared, displayed, or broadcast during this session—including but not limited to digital board imagery, proprietary multimedia games, high-speed typing drills, bilingual word sets, lesson slides, recorded audio, images, videos, the instructor’s voice, and the instructor’s image—is the exclusive property of Author and Ciberimpulso SAS.

• Limited License: Participants are granted a strictly limited, revocable, non-transferable, view-only license for personal learning purposes only during the scheduled session.
• Duplication Prohibited: Recording (audio or video), screen-capturing, broadcasting, «cloning,» or creating derivative works from this or any other session using any technology known or unknown is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted under international copyright law.
• Moral Rights: The author explicitly asserts all Moral Rights of authorship and integrity. We do NOT waive the right to attribution or the right to prevent derogatory treatment of our pedagogical materials.

3. MANDATORY NON-CONSENT TO PLATFORM RIGHTS-GRAB

This Organizer uses third-party platforms (e.g., Eventbrite) strictly as a limited storefront for ticketing and payment processing.

• Revocation of Permission: Pursuant to the «permission» requirements in platform terms (specifically Eventbrite Section 16.1.1.A.iii), the Organizer explicitly REFUSES CONSENT for the platform or its partners to use this event’s proprietary learning content, trademarks, voice, or image for promotional, marketing, or internal purposes or any other User Excerpt Section 16.
• Termination of License: Any implied license required for the technical operation of a listing is revocable at will of Ciberimpulso SAS and / or Author and terminates immediately upon event conclusion or account deletion, notwithstanding any platform claims of «perpetual» or «irrevocable» rights Terms 16.

4. ANTI-CLONING & AUTHENTICITY PROTOCOL

To protect consumers from «event cloning» scams and deceptive patterns:

• No Authorized Dealers: Ciberimpulso has NO authorized distributors, agents, or third-party sellers. This listing is the only authentic source for tickets.
• Visual Identifiers: All event images contain hard-coded date-specific identifiers, digital watermarks, and IPTC metadata to prove original ownership. Any listing lacking these identifiers is a fraudulent clone.

5. WORKOUT SECURITY & ACCESS

• External Hosting: The Workout is NOT hosted or embedded within the Eventbrite interface. Access is provided via a secure, password-protected Zoom link emailed directly to registered attendees prior to the session.

• Zoom Restrictions: All recording and screen-sharing functions for participants are disabled. Waiting rooms are used to verify identities against the registration list Technical Safeguards Recommendation.

6. DATA PRIVACY & AI SHIELDING

• Non-Consent to Inferences: We do not recognize the platform’s right to generate «Inferences» regarding attendee demographic characteristics or parental status for this workout series.
• AI Training Ban: Use of the Ciberimpulso’s pedagogical text, descriptions, or session audio for training Large Language Models (LLMs) or AI models or any other is strictly forbidden.
• Data Erasure: Upon payout completion, we demand that all «Additional Registration Data» (IDs, financial details) be purged from platform and successor databases under the principle of Data Minimization.

7. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This workout is provided «as-is.» If a participant is dissatisfied, they must notify the provider within 24 hours of the first session. At our sole discretion, we may replace the service with another session of equivalent value; no monetary refunds will be provided. The provider is not liable for technical errors on third-party platforms or damages arising from the use of the learning materials.
